The other day we tell you 25 things to see and do in Miami, but the gluttons know well that a trip is not 100% complete without a few gastronomic recommendations. So if you are looking for restaurants to eat in Miami... here we are going to give you a few ideas.
8 cheap restaurants to eat in Miami
1. Versailles coffee
If you expect a French restaurant, you are very wrong. The Versailles is one of the most famous restaurants in Little havana, bone ... makes Cuban food to the fullest (and very, very rich!). We recommend you try a Cuban sandwich ($ 7), which has ham, roast pork, Swiss cheese and mustard.

2. The Original Daily Bread Marketplace
If you love the Arabic food This site will be your little paradise! You can try both meat and vegetarian dishes, although one of the most beloved is the "falafel platter", which has falafel, hummus, taboulé, pita bread and a salad with mint and lemon sauce. Price: $ 7
There are several locations in Miami, although the "original" is in Coconut Grove.

3. The Juice Palace
There are a few places managed by the same owner, we went to Coral Gables, as it was very close to our accommodation and we can not recommend it.
Food (Cuban and Latin) It is homemade, tasty and cheap. You can order dishes of the day (somewhat cheaper) or create your own tray, choosing a main (meat or fish), rice (white or conger) and side dish (mashed potatoes, fried plantain ...).
They also prepare very rich natural juices! The only negative note is that, being the first time we were going and not knowing how it worked (there is no menu and there are no prices at the counter), we have asked a waitress about prices and dishes and the truth was, it was something edge . Luckily we found another one attended to us correctly.
Tip: Apparently the bread with sucker (approx $ 6) is dead, although we believe that the tray option is better. To give you an idea, we paid about $ 15 for the two trays full of food (and we had left over for dinner!).

5. The Magician of Fries
Ok, the first thing you're wondering is, what are the fries? It's about a dish of Cuban origin which consists of a hamburger with minced meat, spices, sauce and potatoes cut into very thin and fried strips ... hence the name. The original “fried” costs $ 4, if you want to add an egg (“fried on horseback”) it costs $ 5.35 and if you want double meat, it costs $ 6.35.
In El Mago de las Frritas you can also try other dishes ... but are you going to give up the opportunity to eat a frit prepared by your magician?

6. Spris
Ains, Pizza, how we love you! And if you cost little, even better. If, like us, you are a pizza-fan, write this name: "Spris". It is a place of Italian food that from 5.30 to 7.00 pm has a very cool offer: Happy Hour Pizza. What is it? Simple: you can eat Pizza Margherita, Fra Diavolo or Pesto paying according to the time in which you make the order. That is, if you order at 5.30, you will pay $ 5.30, if you do it at 6.05, you will pay $ 6.05 and so on ... until 7pm!

If you are vegan or simply want to make a break in the United States cuisine (you know that it is not the healthiest in the world, although there are always healthy options), we recommend you come here. For $ 9.50 you can eat a wrap or a bowl of rice / quinoa / salad with your choice of protein (tofu, lentils, vegetable meat ...), side dishes (fried platanito, guacamole, pico de gallo, onion ...) and your favorite sauce (cashews, tahini, chipotle mayo ...).
